Pavel Tinkov began his entrepreneurial career during his college years, co-founding LJTS Group with Gregory Laurent Josi. From 2018 through early 2021, LJTS Group managed a public-markets portfolio on behalf of a London-based single-family office. Following his time at LJTS, Pavel began making personal early-stage investments and providing advisory support to startups, which enabled him to quickly build a strong network within the venture capital ecosystem. This experience ultimately led to the launch of Audeo Ventures in 2022 and its inaugural early-stage fund. Pavel holds degrees from the University of Southern California, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Bocconi University in Milan.

Gregory Laurent Josi began his career in the quantitative investments division of a global investment management firm, developing a rigorous, data-driven approach to investing. He later co-founded LJTS Group with Pavel Tinkov, serving as Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer, where he managed a global macro oriented strategy for a family office in Europe. Building on this experience and his network in the fintech world, Gregory co-founded Audeo Ventures together with Pavel. After leading a series of private investments with their private capital, Gregory and Pavel formally launched Audeo’s first private fund in 2022 that was mainly focused on early stage companies in fintech in the US and Mexico. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science from Bocconi University in Government and International Politics.

Moriz was part of the founding team that launched Audeo Ventures in 2021. Previously, he worked with Pavel and Gregory in LJTS Group’s investment team as a quantitative analyst. Moriz has a background in technology and computer science, where he worked on projects in software engineering, cyber security, and augmented reality across numerous firms.
